We do not publish a wall of staff photos and job titles. We would rather tell you what it takes to get hired here, and let our customers tell you who turned up.
The hiring bar
Before anyone gets a van and a key to your front door
Every technician who wears a Choice Plumbers shirt is state certified, licensed, and insured. Before that happens, they have to clear a specific set of requirements. Nobody skips a step.

Drug test and background check
Both are run before anyone is scheduled to enter a customer's home.

A current Texas Driver's License
With up to 5 years of clean driving record behind it. If it is not clean, they are not driving a company van.
- 03
State certified technician
The certification that Texas requires to do plumbing work legally, held before, not while, working on your house.
That bar is why Dustin Eaton can send someone to your house he has never met you through, and you can still trust who is standing in your kitchen.
