Hot water, fixed right
Water heater repair and replacement backed by a 6-year warranty
Standard or tankless, gas or electric. We repair what can be repaired and replace what can't, then back every new installation with a 6-year manufacturer's warranty and our own 1-year labor guarantee.
Chapter 01
The two failure modes: an aging tank and a heater that just needs a repair
Most standard tank water heaters do not fail all at once. Sediment settles at the bottom of the tank over years, insulating the burner or element from the water above it, forcing it to run longer to reach the same temperature and wearing out sooner. A failing anode rod, the sacrificial piece that is supposed to corrode instead of the tank, is often the difference between a heater that just needs a part and one that needs to come out.
Tankless units fail differently. There is no tank to build sediment, but the heat exchanger still has to be serviced, and a bad igniter or flow sensor can leave a house with no hot water even though the unit itself is otherwise fine. We diagnose which situation you are actually in before quoting a repair or a replacement, gas or electric, standard or tankless.

How a replacement is sequenced in your home
We shut off the water and, on gas units, the gas supply before disconnecting the old heater, drain and remove it, then set the new unit and reconnect the water, gas or electric lines and the venting to match code. Every connection gets checked for a tight seal before the water is turned back on.
Once the new heater is filled and running, we test it rather than just walking away. That includes checking the water line pressure with electronic pressure transducers that read accurately from low pressure up through very high PSI ranges, so a pressure problem elsewhere in the house does not shorten the life of the heater we just installed.
Chapter 03
Two recent jobs, from a slow drain to a full install
Yvonne M called us to fix a slow shower drain and replace an old water heater. She said Brad, the technician on the job, was highly skilled, extremely responsive and an excellent communicator, and that she plans to use us for all her plumbing needs going forward.
Danny and Josh installed a water heater for Dorothy and, in her words, exceeded her expectations. Those are two of the names on the van most likely to show up for a water heater call, and the standard they work to on every one.
What the warranty covers once we're gone
Every new water heater installation carries a 6-year manufacturer's warranty on the unit itself, plus our own 1-year guarantee on the labor that installed it. If something about the install itself is the problem inside that first year, we come back and make it right at no charge.
Keep the paperwork we leave with the new unit. It has the model and serial number the manufacturer's warranty is tied to, along with the install date that starts both warranty clocks.
